Super Fresh has a Scanning Policy which guarantees that an item scans at the correct price listed on the shelf tag or in the sale ad or you get the item for free. There is a limit of 1 free item. If you purchased multiple items, one would be free and the others would be adjusted to the correct price. The policy only applies to items that cost $10 or less. Items over $10 will only be adjusted to the correct price. In my experience, you have to ask that they apply this policy. If you don't then they will just adjust the prices to the correct price.
Super Fresh also offers a Freshness Guarantee. If you find an outdated product on the shelves, take it to customer service and they will give you an identical fresh item for free. Although I have found outdated items on the shelves at my Super Fresh, I have never attempted to take them up on this offer. I usually have a young shopping companion and we try to avoid the wait at customer service!
